The chauffeur will be holding a personalized greeting sign with their name or a designation of your choice. Our chauffeurs are familiar with all the procedures that accompany the handling of VIP arrivals and departures, to/from all India airfields that handle private and scheduled aircraft of all types.
Our chauffeurs will transfer you to/ from your address to the Airports private aircraft handling terminals, then work with them to ensure that your luggage, after completing the appropriate official procedures, is scanned and disembarked to be loaded onto the correct aircraft for departure - or into their vehicle/s for arrivals.
For departures as appropriate, we may be able to drive you directly to your aircraft subject to approval from the police department & airport ground handling staff.
